عن علي عليه السلام : (لِيتأسَّ صغيركم بكبيركم ، وليرأف كبيركم بصغيركم ، ولا تكونوا كجفاة الجاهلية) نهج البلاغة ، شرح الفيض الأصفهاني ص531

قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): ((ويل لمن تزكيه الناس مخافة شره ، ويل لمن أطيع مخافة جوره ، ويل لمن أكرم مخافة شره)) مجموعة ورام ج2 ص115

عن علي عليه السلام أنه قال : (لو كنا لا نرجو جنة ولا نخشى ناراً ولا ثواباً ولا عقاباً لكان ينبغي لنا أن نطالب بمكارم الأخلاق ، فانها مما تدل على سبيل النجاح). آداب النفس للسيد محمد العيناثي ج1 ص26
