Unpredictability

Every problem will be different and thus a new solution will be required for each learner’s problem. It is important that an educator does not try to apply an old solution to a new problem, because it most probably won’t work. Why? Two problems are never exactly the same. Also learners’ behavior does different things to different people and learners behave differently in response to different adults. Added to this is the fact that the various educators that any one learner has contact with will have differing expectations.
