Continuous work may steal the fathers from their children, especially if this work lasts for days or weeks and the children no longer see them.
Especially if the father is forced to travel outside the country and stay abroad in order to work and obtain a lawful livelihood.
It is known that neglecting communication and not nurturing the bond of love, care and affection will cause serious deviations in children, and these deviations are related to the psychological and behavioral aspect.
In order for preoccupation with work not to be an obstacle to proper upbringing, these warnings should be taken into account:
- The relationship between a father and his son may reach the level of a friendship, and it is described as (transient) and has no clear determinants in the child's psyche, and it is known that the son's need for his father is deeper and greater than his need for a friend!
- The father who is separated from his children for long periods without contact will lead to a distant relationship like that of strangers, and he will suffer from bouts of depression and emotional thirst, so he will turn towards searching for an alternative to compensate for his deprivation.
- Buying things alone is not enough, and rushing to events leaves a negative impression on children, making them feel that their lives are anxious and troubled, and that they are not important in their parents' lives.
- The emergence of barriers between parents and children, which deprives parents of the opportunity to follow up on their children and help them with the difficulties they face and the lack of educational guidance.
- The difficulty of dealing with problems between children, and the lack of control over their decisions, which leads to the disintegration and collapse of the family.
