Plague Stone: these were set around London and filled with vinegar and water for people to wash their hands. They were one of the earliest hand sanitizing stations to fight a disease. Sometimes used for leaving food.

Always wash your hands before and after eating, after you use the bathroom, when you come back home, when you work in the garden, when you interract with animals and when you will go around little children.
