Motivation at work is an effective driver for developing employees and supporting their performance. Successful managers seek to motivate their employees in order to increase and improve production, and with the aim of raising the level of profits and their abundance. If the employee's performance begins to decline from what it was, this means that he needs motivation. One of the important facts about the importance of motivation is that it is one of the most important goals of human resources that seek to develop the human element by making the employee feel safe and comfortable, and then making him devote himself to his work and work with all his energy. On the contrary, pressure, neglect and exclusion will be a reason for him to feel humiliated, lost and his moral value will be wasted when appreciation and motivation are absent. Five fruits reveal the importance and role of motivation for the employee in any institution in which he works:

Second: One of the fruits of motivation is providing good and appropriate psychological comfort in a good work environment, which leads to raising the morale of all employees.
Third: Strengthening the relationship between management and employees, and giving priority to the interests of work and projects over personal interests; so that bonds of love and familiarity prevail, and sincerity takes root among them.
Fourth: Creating a sense of belonging so that the employee adheres to the institution in which he works and his place, as he does not think about changing his place of work or moving to another institution; because of the appreciation, respect and support he receives.
Fifth: Improving the image of the institution in professional circles, and gaining it fame, which attracts qualified people to it; because employees will express their pride in belonging to this institution that values its qualified people.
