If the employee's performance begins to decline from what it was, this means that he needs motivation. One of the important facts about the importance of motivation is that it is one of the most important goals of human resources that seek to develop the human element by making the employee feel safe and comfortable, and then making him devote himself to his work and work with all his energy. Fourth: Creating a sense of belonging so that the employee adheres to the institution in which he works and his place, as he does not think about changing his place of work or moving to another institution; because of the appreciation, respect and support he receives.
Fifth: Improving the image of the institution in professional circles, and gaining it fame, which attracts qualified people to it; because employees will express their pride in belonging to this institution that values its qualified people.
