Advice is based primarily on the love of the advisor for those around him, and his desire to convey goodness to them, and to ward off evil and harm from them.
If the student who exerts more effort and achieves the best results is given special praise by the school administrators, this will make him double his effort and continue his giving and progress. This means that true praise increases the student and pushes him to move forward in his successes.
If a diligent student receives praise and commendation from his teachers in front of his colleagues, this will undoubtedly leave a positive impact on his soul, increase his ambition, and raise his morale. Praise and commendation apparently prepare the student psychologically for the next grades, and urge him to be serious and persevere.
The factor of praise and commendation activates the cells, strengthens the organs, and makes the most difficult and complex tasks easy for a person.
Self-love is the lever by which we can move the world. Instead of attacking the work that its owner did not do well and directing blame at it, let us look at the work that he did well and prefer it with colors of praise that will be fixed in the page of memory and push for progress in the work.
