Success is the state that people seek in their lives and work, but they vary in the degree of striving and working to reach it, and all people ask, what is success? And how do we achieve it? There are no direct answers to these questions; because success has many and different factors that determine how an individual will reach it, and these factors differ from one individual to another and from one society to another, and they include:
First: Successful people seek Allah's help; because a person may be deceived by his capabilities and abilities and think that they alone are the path to success, but with them and before them he must seek help from his Lord.
Second: Successful people have a message in life, and it is a common factor among people of success and distinction, and the message is the goal that an individual wants to achieve in his life, and it is an ongoing matter that does not end except with the death of the individual, so success is considered an ongoing journey that does not stop.
Third: Successful people plan for themselves and set their goals, and this is obvious, because whoever is committed to a message that he performs in his life will set goals to achieve this message, and planning helps a person to focus and not be distracted by side work that does not achieve his goals, and success is the enemy of randomness.
Fourth: They are good at dealing with others, and it is an art that every person who wants to achieve his goals must learn, as there is no success without relationships, and no success without dealing with others and cooperating with them, and the first path to success with people is a natural result of our good relationships with them, then we take the reasons for success with people by learning the necessary skills and training in good dealing and influence.
Fifth: Sacrifice and patience, success is work, diligence, sacrifice and patience, and whoever gives his ambition patience, work and diligence will reap success and fruits, and successful people do not succeed while sitting here waiting for success and do not believe that it is a lucky opportunity, but rather they create it through work, diligence, thinking, love, exploiting opportunities and relying on what they accomplish with their own hands.
