Work is one of the important needs of man, through which he can provide the necessary and important requirements in his life; because it is the basis for the continuity of life, the continuation of this existence, the continuation of civilizations, and the acquisition of wealth. Only through work can the family's economy be facilitated and a normal and regular life be provided. Work does not only aim to provide a livelihood, but it is a means for providing social services and civilizational development. Every person must love work, hate unemployment, and plan for his future life. For work to succeed, several conditions must be met, including:
First: Respecting time: Time is important for work. A person who comes late to work is not doing his work well or as the employer wants. Work has specific hours, and the worker must respect his time. By delaying this, he may confuse the work on this day, and thus its result will be negative.
Second: Mastering the work: Every person must master his work and be creative in it, as the Prophet Muhammad - may Allah bless him and his family - said: (May Allah have mercy on a person who does a job and masters it).
Third: Planning the work: It is one of the most important conditions for the success of the work; without planning, no work can be accomplished in a correct and accurate manner.
Fourth: Work Objectives: Every work has goals and objectives that every person seeks to achieve, whether these goals are personal in obtaining wealth and money or improving the standard of living, or social goals that aim to provide social services such as building schools and hospitals.
Fifth: Competition in work: Competition is important in all areas of work because of its positive impact on development and creativity, and increasing the desire to obtain the best level of production.
These conditions that have been mentioned are important for the success and development of the work, and every person must care about his work; because without work, a person cannot provide for his living needs or obtain money for the continuity of life.
