It is not possible to excel and shine at work permanently if there is not harmony with those you work with, and you are bound by bonds of friendship and love, as all colleagues love working with you.
In order to truly achieve friendly interactions with co-workers, you must (treat people well, do not mislead them, and do not be quick to get angry and irritable).
Let your goal be to be a person that colleagues automatically turn to for help and support, whom they wish to work with, whom they trust and are happy to cooperate with.
Some people forget the importance of sharing with their colleagues at work, and so that you do not mislead your colleagues, we give you a set of recommendations that will make you a successful person in your dealings with those you work with:
First: Take the initiative to be kind and kind, and practice this until it becomes a habit for you. Take your time before reacting so as not to be described as angry.

Sixth: Set aside time to develop good working relationships with your colleagues, even after working hours. To create more familiarity between you, and beware of favoritism and bias in your relationships because it is one of the abhorrent characteristics.
