That is, the principal must explain to the teachers all of his educational opinions and explain them to them in a clear way. He must have the communication and social ability that enables him to solve problems that may arise between teachers, between students, or between teachers and students.
Third: The skill of taking advantage of the school’s capabilities: This skill means that the principal can communicate with teachers and help them know the resources and capabilities that they benefit from in achieving their school activity, in addition to helping them benefit from the services provided by other agencies and institutions to the school. .
Fourth: Evaluation skill: This skill is necessary and necessary and must be one of the qualities that characterizes the school principal so that he can record the growth and development of the teaching staff through following up on its efforts.
